It could be weight loss, to build muscle, run a marathon, bench-press your bodyweight, keep up with your kids, increase energy, decrease stress, look and feel younger or to just wake up every morning with energy and enthusiasm. Whatever you are I am excited to begin this journey with you!

Starting a new fitness program can be intimidating, but trust that it will also be exciting.  I specialize in customizing personalized programs for every individual.  Your history, DNA, biochemistry, and daily responsibilities will respond differently to training and nutrition than your friends and family.  You can not compare yourself to others.  I truly believe one size does NOT fit all.

I pride myself on creating training programs that fit your specific needs and goals in a creative and sustainable way.  I have 20 years of experience in countless formats, programs, and group fitness training.  Together, we can find your fitness!  Challenging, rewarding and FUN!  No one stays with a fitness program that they genuinely dislike.  Sure, there may be moments of vulnerability and discomfort.  But pushing past and finding the strength on the other side is the moment you feel enormous pride and unbreakable accomplishment.  That is the high which will keep momentum moving forward.
