One on One Training
Making health and fitness lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming. This is especially true when you feel you are on the journey alone. When it comes to achieving your goals and becoming the best version of you, one-on-one training with me will give you the support, accountability, knowledge and encouragement to accomplish your goals and beyond. I take the time to get to know you, what motivates you, inspires you, engages you and keeps you curious, because a program that is not enjoyable is not sustainable. My one-size-does-not-fit-all approach to fitness will provide you with a personalized program focusing on strength, power, endurance, cardio, functional strength, mobility, mindfulness and laughter. When you love what you do, magic happens!
Small Group Sessions (2-4 People)
Sharing your training session with a friend or family member is a great option for those who seek personalized attention and programming, but also thrive in a group dynamic and feed off the energy of others. With the extra support, accountability and perhaps a little friendly competition, you and your workout partners will accomplish goals together. It’s a great opportunity to motivate and be motivated, to inspire and be inspired and grow stronger individually as well as a team. Each session will be unique and challenging. My goal in each workout is to leave you feeling empowered, accomplished, energized, and with the confidence that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to - in life as well as in the gym.
Large Group Fitness Classes
I lead a dynamic, high energy one-hour class that focuses on cardio endurance and bodyweight strengthening that is both challenging and fun. I am available for pop-up classes in studios, schools, corporate wellness seminars and other special events. I’ll provide a memorable experience that will leave participants feeling high with accomplishment, buzzing with energy, and dripping with sweat!
